Roles and Responsibilities

• Complete coordination with respect to appointments of patients including VIPs.
• Assisting in OPD.
• Answering all emails of patients.
• Giving estimates to patients, helping them with their admission and discharge process.
• Issuing medical certificates, justification letters for TPA, CGHS and other PSUs.
