We are Opening for Senior Legal Manager

Job Description

Drafting / Vetting / reviewing / negotiating of contracts (incl. Services, Business Partner, Alliances, MOUs, Procurement related, Affidavits, Regulatory documents, etc.)

Core familiarity with Court / Arbitration Rules and Processes.

Handled Customer outstanding recovery matters and related documentation.

Interaction with outside Counsels vis--vis compliance and legal work.

Would be required to interface with other Company departments / functions and provide legal assistance and support.

Liaison with Government bodies, Regulators, etc.

Company law matters.

Group companies matters.

At least 10 years of corporate experience.

Should be good at legal drafting and negotiation, good command on English (both written and spoken), should be articulate and have excellent communication skills.

Experience- 15-20yrs
