Key Responsibilities:
-Single point of contact for Technical and functional deliverables.
-Understanding the application requirements, responsible for incident, problem and change management processes.
-Acquired sound Business knowledge of Telecom/ISP applications.
-Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Educational & Experience requirements:
Qualifications- B.E,B.Tech or Masters.
Overall 4+ years of experience with at least 1 full OSM Implementation.
Hands-on development experience in Oracle Order & Service Management (OSM), including orchestration of CRM& billing systems.
In-depth technical knowledge of OSM 7.2.4 data model
Good knowledge
OSM Process Architecture
OSM Model Entities
Change Management Flow
Fallout Management
Hands-on Development skills in
XML technologies including xquery/xpath.
Development (i.e. WDSL, SOAP).
Database technologies: Oracle PL/SQL.
Design Studio.
