1. Position Title: Customer Support Associates
2. Line of Business: Holidays packages and travel
3. Qualification: Undergraduate and Graduate
4. Years of Experience: Freshers and Min 6 months
5. Preferred Industry: Experience in the hotel/travel domain.
6. Salary for Fresher 15K CTC (15750K) and Experienced 16K CTC (16400K)
7. Immediate joining candidate required.

Job Role
1. How to check verification details for customers
2. Rescheduling on date and booking.
3. GDS Queues (Schedule Change Queries/Involuntary Re-Issuance)
4. Cancellation of tickets on GDS/Portal/API

Required Skill Set
1. Good command over the English language.
2. Good knowledge of the system.
3. Customer Orientation skills
4. People Handling && Soft skills.
5. Typing speed required 30 WPM (word per minute) with accuracy must be 85%
