Job Description

Candidates must have good experience in hiring and placing Full time / W2 & C2C candidates from IT Infra, Telecom, Client Server, Web Technologies, Big Data, BI/DW Technologies. Experience working with Direct Clients, VMS / MSP Models is required.
Office Locations: 100% Remote
Role: US IT Recruiter / Senior & Lead Recruiter (Multiple openings)

* The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter and a minimum of 2 years of experience in US IT Staffing.
* Must have good experience in hiring Candidates on W2 / full-time, or must be well connected with Vendors to hiring candidates on Corp to Corp.
* Should have good experience working with Direct clients and Implementation partners, MSP, and VMS portals.
* Must have experience in using ATS like Ceipal, Oorwin, or JobDiva and job portals like Monster, DICE, CB,
* Must have good experience in X-ray search, and other open-source platforms to find passive candidates.
* Strong experience in tax terms, negotiations, building relationships
* Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
* Very Strong communication and interpersonal skills
