Job Description

Contribute towards financial sustainability of the program by engaging with various stakeholders to make a financial commitment towards the School Program.
Prepare and meet the fundraising and partnership targets
Develop Cost-Effective Methods to achieve targets
Finding relevance with Partners needs and mandates
Build sustainable long lasting relationships with organizations, institutions and individuals
Detailing:
A.Prospecting Partners: Identify, Prospect and Convert donors through cold calling at a national level
B.Partnership with Fundraising Exchanges: Liaise with fundraising and other charity exchanges to partner with them to reach out to possible donors.
C.Partnership with International Agencies: Liaise with multi-lateral and bi-lateral agencies like the World Bank, European Union, and Department for international development, to explore areas of partnership. These could either be financial or otherwise.
D.International Markets: Institute and Implement International Fundraising Programs
E.High Net Worth Donor Program: Strategize and implement an HNI program to engage them with Bharti Foundation through a financial contribution
F.Leveraging Events for Fund Raising/Awareness: To use events like ADHM, marathons in other cities, etc. for building awareness/ raising funds. Also use events like Partners Conclaves, etc. to engage partners and take them to next level.
G. Donor Servicing: To maintain and build relationships with donors/prospective donors. Donor Relationship Management through regular communication, feedback and reporting. Keep donors engaged in the Program and endeavour to take it up to the next level.
Financial MIS maintenance: Preparation and tracking of annual Budget with respect to income and expenditure and regular reconciliation with the Finance Dept.
