Job Description
To handle end to end responsibility of a brand/s , identifying marketing and executing E2E sales , conducting analyses , putting together conclusions , effectively deploying marketing plans and programs and responsible for revenue generation from each project/product assigned as per Annual Operating Plans.
Operational:
Lead Generation , Evaluation of lease/outright offers , Negotiating terms & commercials , and deal closure.
Recruit & grow marketing channels , and interact with them on a regular basis for market information
Develop & maintain relationships , and network building with channel partners and corporate clients.
Manage the preparation of Client Proposals & responses to techno - commercial RFPs.
To prepare status report on the deals those are under various stages of progress/negotiations right from signing of LOI to commencement of business.
Trend Analysis and Market Research Complete scan on commercial formats , competition , existing and upcoming commercial developments , regulatory framework , local laws , commercial procedures.
Maintaining constant contact with brokers , consultants , tenants to ensure timely execution of leases , amendments , temporary leases and terminations if required.
Co - ordinate with internal departments for driving leasing/outright activities.
Build long term relationships and strategic alliances with customers by understanding their product needs and delivering high quality service and prepare strategic plans accordingly.
Work towards developing productive business relationships with key partners , collaborators and facilitate an effective business model for Residential sales.
Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of customer s needs and key factors influencing their requirement for our services.
Responsible for meeting monthly sales goals.
Determining and generating demand for product/services by providing requisite options to Custome,
