Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer enquiries, answering any questions and queries in person, over the phone, or chat.
• Provide support and comprehensive product / service information to customers.
• Build relationships with customers.
• Assist customers in making purchasing decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Any Graduate/Undergraduate with minimum 6 months of international voice/chat experience in bpo are eligible.
• If SSC pass need minimum 1 year of experience in international voice/chat process.
• Rehire eligible if left on good note.

• Salary Package for Chat is upto 3.6 + Incentives
