The Role Responsibilities

  • Identification, prioritisation, validation and documentation of clear, tangible functional and non-functional business and system requirements for the project.
  • Assess and communicate the impact of proposed business, operational and technical changes, including recommendations to minimise the disruption caused by those changes.
  • Identify and drive business process improvements across the organisation.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Become an advocate of, and actively promote change management practices and principles.
  • Contribute to an evolving, dynamic change management team operations within an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Participate in peer reviews of colleagues and business analysis deliverables.
  • Utilise best practice tools and techniques to support accurate communication and clear understanding of project information and data, ensuring that all documentation is appropriate and fit for purpose.
  • Planning and management of own activities and agreement of approach to analysis with the Project Manager and project team members.
  • Provide data readiness reviews before implementation and manage any issues which may arise.
  • Ensures high quality deliverables and achievement of deadlines and milestones.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience, with proven deliveries in the following areas:
    • Methods and tools for technology rollout projects with regional or global deployments
    • Technical and financial data gathering, analysis, modelling and reporting
    • Process requirements, improvements and adoption
    • Management of key stakeholders in regional or global geographical locations
    • Strong MS Excel knowledge with big volumes of data (pivots, formulas)
  • Delivery focused. Able and willing to support the project to get the job done on time and with high quality.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Unrelenting self-motivation and initiative
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Relationship building and facilitation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. Able to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
