Advanced technical support for desktops, thin clients, InfoSec products (EP, Antivirus) , backup and restore- Windows / Linux OS troubleshooting , Patch update and drivers installation - serversOS backup / recovery knowledge - branch servers and low end Servers like Dhruva etc., Networking concept (OSI, TCP/ IP, Topology etc), Virtualisation skills - VM Disks monitoring and management, Anti Virus support at Server side
( Any Server mentioned here means high end desktop )
Desired Candidate:
Qualification: Graduate Mandatory
Exp range: Minimum 2 yrs experience in Desktop support
Good Communication skills.
