Job Description

Position: Area Operations Manager

Location: Delhi

Reporting to: Zonal Operations Manager / Head - Branch Operations

Job Responsibilities:

  • DRE Banking - within TAT
  • Mapping & Reconciliation
  • Updation of receipts in systems - within TAT
  • Relationship Management with Bankers & Service Providers
  • Cash - acceptance, Custody & Control
  • Compliance - Processes & Procedure
  • Team Management (Outsourced staff, Leaves, Shifting etc)
  • Timely Disbursement - Maintaining TAT
  • Process / Procedure - Development & Compliance
  • Preparations of MIS & publishing the same

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Productivity - Operational Cost
  • Operational Risk - Financial Loss / Compensation payments
  • External Customer - Query Resolutions  / TAT & Quality of resolutions
  • Process Compliance & Process Improvements - BPMS Implementations
  • HR Training / Learning matrix - Team LMS Achievements 
  • Managing branches & Teams
  • Maintain Quality 
  • Analysis Quality
  • Analysis of MIS and tracking of activities

Qualifications: Graduations & Above

Experience: 6 - 7yrs
