Job Description
Dear Candidate,
We have urgent opening for NOC- L2 TAC SME IMS at Mumbai RCP.
Roles and Responsibilities
Position
L2 TAC SME IMS
Responsibilities
L2 TAC SMEs primary purpose is to provide end to end solution for Critical / all service impacting (complete / partial) issues by providing expert level of analysis. L2 TAC - SME is responsible for the execution of corrective, proactive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure that services are continuously available and performing to SLA performance levels. L2 TAC - SME is responsible to execute software upgrades of IMS network elements ensuring 100% service avaialbility
Handling All type of Network Issues.
Fault & Incident Management Process Handling.
Based of Events / Alarms / Incidents, ensure maintaining SLA for Service and networkrestoration, i.e. maintaining MTTR.
RCA prepation of Critical issues
Issue notification and escalation at appropriate level.
Involving all cross functional teams within and outside organization based on severity of issue.
Ensuring availability of IR / RFO against every Fault / Incident.
Ensuring 100% TTs getting attended and closed/assigned within agreed SLA with appropriate action.
Validating & approving Change requests.
Ensuring change request executed within specified time duration.
Ensuring clearance of issue / alarms occurred during / post Change execution.
Various MIS report , may be periodic or as and when required.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience on Nokia or similar OEM IMS networks elements.
- Expert Level knowledge of IMS, QOS standards, Protocols (SIP / Diameter / SS7)
- Good understanding of IP network and IP protocols
- Desirable: Handson experience on UNIX / Linux based systems
- In-depth understanding of call flows and prblem solving/analytical skills for providing end to end networking solution
- Desirable Certifications: Advanced Cisco or equivalent IP Certifications and any Certification related to Telecom shall be an added advantage.

Education- Diploma or BE/ B.Tech
