Roles and responsibilities
JobDescription :The Team: C.A.R.E [Center for Automation Robotics, and Extraction]
This team works on RPA (Robotics Process Automation), extraction, and cognitive automation solutions, falls under Operational Enablement group.
The Impact:
Will help in gaining efficiency in different process
Streamlining the operations
Implementing RPA solutions across departments/datasets
Training different groups of people and scaling the RPA model

A person who is resourceful, adaptable, creative, and detailed/results-oriented with high energy and a positive attitude.
Qualification
3 -5 years of experience
Expertise in Blue prism software/RPA is a prerequisite.
Should be Blue Prism developer accredited.
Looking for someone who has good understanding of domains
Knowledge of any programming language will be a plus
Knowledge of Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence concepts will be preferred
Must have good operational skills
Knowledge on business processes and product is required
Should be able to identify the right tool for the implementing robotics and what technologies are best suited.
Ability to work in a cross functional, multi geography teams to identify and implement RPA projects, linked to domain priorities
Should be willing to train resources on RPA and drive projects
Creativity and problem solving thinking beyond the obvious with an ability to create new ideas and convert them into actionable plans and execute upon them
Ability to build strong relationship and influence internal clients and stakeholders
Effective negotiation and influencing skills
Demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication to large groups and/or senior staff
Ability to get engagement and buy-in
Working with other cultures and time-zones (global environment).
Proactive approach to anticipating client issues and challenges, and initiating solutions which carry through to resolution.
Proactive to identify opportunities to enhance existing processes to make them leaner and nimble.
