Greetings for the day!
We are hiring for Compliance Manager
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving process & compliance to customer requirements as well as compliance requirements pertaining to ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 9001.
- Monitor & report timely execution of customer deliverable.
- Monitoring project performance w.r.t. SLAs by gathering relevant data and produce meaningful statistical reports.
- Monitor process & compliance adherence and report process compliance status and progress.
- Conduct project specific risk assessments and internal audits and identify opportunities for improving overall project compliance to organizational policies.
- Participate in customer driven audits and help the project meet customer process & compliance requirements.
- Tracking and ensuring closures of all audit findings.
- Identifying and implementing changes to various processes as a part of continual improvement process.
- Management and creation of project specific documentation from time to time as per project requirements.
- Ensure on boarding new resources.
- Conduct compliance and Information security related training based on customer requirements.
- Stake holder management and excellent communication skills.
- Manage the entire User Access management program for the project.
- Conduct & facilitate periodic reviews with internal teams and take necessary actions.
- Implement improvements by identifying key dependencies, critical success factors & building governance models.
- Problem analysis, management and reporting.
- Asset Inventory tracking, validation and reporting.
- Physical access review and identification, mitigation and reporting of deviations.
- Ticket analysis productivity tracking and reporting.
Typical Years of Experience
- 3+ yrs. of relevant experience.
Educational Qualification
- Graduation or equivalent.
- Any Certifications in ISO 9001, 20000, ISO 27001, ITIL will be preferred.
Technical Skills
- Effective writing, presentation and time management skills.
- Hands on experience on MS office tools like PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, etc.
- Risk assessment and auditing skills.
Soft Skills
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Stake holder management skills.
- Should be an excellent team player with positive attitude.
- Ability to give constructive feedback with respect to audit or risk related gaps identified.
- Intellectual capacity for process improvements.
Additional Requirements (if any)
- Knowledge of business / professional email communication & etiquette's.
