Job Description
We are currently having an opening for the below :
Position : Purchase - API ( Back ground)
Location :Ghatkopar
Experience :5 Years
Salary :5 lakhs
Job Profile:
Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
2. Maintain complete updated purchasing records / data and pricing the system.
3. Service Purchase, knowledge of GST.
4. Knowledge of import purchase
5. Develop system & process to ensure on-time delivery
6. Follow up for material clearance
7. Handsome Knowledge of customs clearance
8. Materials planning, for packing, Raw & Finish product (Pellets & Granules)
i) API & Raw materials.
ii) Laboratory chemicals / Glass ware. / Consumables, Filters & Other.
9. Vendor development.
i) Developing new national / international vendors for achieving cost efficiency, minimum delivery time & fulfilling quality issues.
ii) Regular vendor visits for ensuring proper, eligible and suitable vendors companies
iii) Maintain all information of vendor capabilities for issuing orders accordingly.
10. Intra Department Co-Ordination at store for purchase realization.
11. Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, terms, delivery and service) with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned.
12. Maintaining the records of the Purchase Details (i. e. Purchase Request, Purchase Orders, Payment Memos etc)
13. Introduction of new reporting formats for Management Review
