We are hiring for the below mentioned position:

Junior Executive Grade-
Criteria-

• Candidates having minimum 0-1 years of work experience in Banking/ NBFC/ Financial Services in Business Development, Sales, Operations or Marketing role
• Regular Graduates or Post Graduates from a recognized College/ University
• Age between 21 to 30 years only
• Freshers can apply

Job Description-
- Target achievement of the branch and customer service.
- Cross selling of all products and increase in walk-in of the branch.
- Handling HNI Customers.
- Error-free audit reports and proper compliance being followed at the branch.
- Maintaining punctuality, discipline and high level of morality in tune with the ethics & values of Muthoot Group.
- Cold Calling

Package :- Fixed Salary (Incentives (Monthly) + Product Incentives + Bonus (Yearly) + Foreign trips (Based on Performance)
