Develop strategy to fulfil the customer need to identify a suitable residential property
Develop strategy to get mind share of branch colleagues to generate leads of customers who are looking for this service
Develop process to manage the lead flow from the branches and customers who are looking for this service
Develop process to fulfil the leads
Over all make a business model which will service the customer need and generate revenue for the company
Set up new product/ service/ revenue line as per the expansion plan of the business.
