Urgently Hiring DC(Distribution Centre) Project Manager For Leading Multinational Clothing-Retail company

Designation : DC(Distribution Centre) Project Manager
Location : Haryana
Ctc - 20 Lacs to 27 Lacs

Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage implementation projects or smaller DC improvement initiatives in alignment with
regional and/or global overall project or program management
2. Develop project plans and workstream timelines for implementation on DC-level
3. Manage and track project progress and exceptions and coordinate across all involved stakeholders within the DC and report to regional/ global project management. Manage and solve project issues and risks
4. Hand-over to operational teams after finalization of implementation in time and at targeted quality
5. Support implementation of renewals/replacements of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) in DC, incl. goods flow and end-to-end DC processes
6. Closely collaborate with Rollout team both for test execution of new solutions and training of local resources
7. Support DC User Acceptance Tests (UAT), simulation, and issue resolution in alignment with the Program Management and Test & Rollout team

Candidate Profile :
1. Candidate must be working in Clothing-Retail Industries
2. Strong project execution, project management, planning, and risk management skills
3. Deep understanding of project implementation approaches, methods, and toolboxes
4. Solid understanding of relevant Logistics projects & initiatives as well as DC operations across functions
