Responsibilities:
As a project manager, you are responsible for performing the following tasks:
- Ability to resolve problems and drive teams towards faster and smoother project delivery
- Ensure project delivery and milestones are met as per schedule
- Ability to identify interdependencies, ambiguities within project teams timely and facilitate effective project delivery
- Timely reporting of project progress to Delivery Manager
- Be able to handle multiple project teams simultaneously
- Effectively drive status reporting meeting with customer managers and leads
- Ability to proactively identify and highlight project risks and derive measures for risk mitigation
- Be able to adapt to change in technologies
- Ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
- Lead and direct different cross-functional programs and projects of varied sizes and types concurrently
- Responsible for overall delivery of reporting and analytics solutions
- Provide accurate and timely estimates for reporting and analytics solutions
- Conduct review to ensure the work delivered by the team is of high-quality standards
- Manage and fulfil customer expectations and ensure high-quality delivery
- Ensure project delivery and milestones are met as per schedule
- Participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews, and unit test plan reviews
- Identify and resolve disputes quickly and reasonably
Requirements:
Candidates are required to have these mandatory skills in order to assess the eligibility of the profile. The must have requirements are:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering
- 12-14 years of technology expertise with at least 4 years experience as technical project manager leading multiple projects
- Hands on experience developing applications in Microsoft technologies especially C#, WCF/Web API, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, Azure
- Thorough knowledge of client-side scripting frameworks and libraries
- Experience in writing Case Studies, whitepapers, and best practices
- Customer facing experience with excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated Project Management skills with excellent people management and leadership skills
- Highly analytical mind-set with a strong ability to identify, troubleshoot, solve problem, and resolve issues
- Experience in designing solutions in areas such as insurance, banking, and healthcare services. Should have solid understanding of one or more of the above areas.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively advocate technical solutions to research scientists, engineering teams and business audiences
Desired Skill-set:

- Knowledge and experience of working on such other technologies
- Expertise in the insurance domain is a plus
