Job Description - We are looking for a dynamic, strong Senior Leader to join as a Chief Technology Officer to oversee the overall vision of the product platform
Client Details :
Our client is a HealthTech startup aiming to provide affordable digital healthcare solutions to its clients. It is looking to onboard passionate and driven individuals who can align to the organization's vision and drive e2e solutioning.
Description :
Being part of the core leadership team, you will
- Lead and scale the in-house technology team
- Define the long-term strategy and vision for the product, leveraging broad customer research, customer experience and new technologies to deliver features to our customers
- Enhance the platform with technical knowledge and provide quality insights
- Translate an integrated vision of the overall platform landscape and communicate expectations with stakeholders
- Strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio
Profile :
Ideal candidate:
- 15+ years of overall experience with a background in Healthcare is preferred
- Proven experience in scaling up ecommerce product landscape in small or mid-sized organizations
- Hands-on experience with large-scale web application development using multiple technologies, Integrating healthcare devices and third-party systems
- Ability to Analyze, design, and develop software solution roadmap and implementation plan based upon current vs. future state of the business.
