Job Description
We are looking for Language and Social Media expert (Immediate Joining) for an Indian short video app.
Work from home, Full Time. Need to join on an immediate basis to be associated with our organization based at Gurgaon, Haryana.
Education: Mass Communication Graduate

Mandates:
- Languages: Regional language + English OR Hindi (Read, Write/Type, Speak)
- Must have a good laptop (64 bit, Windows 10) with a Broadband connection (20+ Mbps)
- Aadhar and PAN card is mandatory
6 days working, 9 hours shift as per the requirement
Salary: 11,399 inhand + PF + ESIC = 15,000 CTC per month
Internet reimbursement up to Rs 500 only per month.
Job Description:
- Should have a good understanding of social media platforms.
- Should have a keen interest in browsing and surfing the social media platforms
- Should have creative writing skills in their respective languages.
- Sourcing Regional video content from social media platforms.
- Scrapping and Sourcing the videos.
- Know how to use the Google input tool
- Understand Indian current affairs hotspots, social culture, religion and customs, and deal with inappropriate content/users as per local laws and regulations.
- Be updated with Treading/Viral Short videos.
- Meeting daily targets and quality is mandatory.
- Active on Social Media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and knows Long Video-based platforms (YouTube)
- Know various short video apps (TikTok, Bigo - Like, Reels, YouTube Shorts, Snack video, Trell, ShareChat, Moj, Josh, MX Takatak etc.)
- Good communication skills in English.
