Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the caf
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Adhering to and devising ways to improve targets set out by the company
- Maintaining a friendly and efficient work environment
- Ensuring that all employees follow the policies and procedures as dictated by the company and that minimum standard are achieved at all times
- Compiling the weekly Rota
- Responsible for ordering stock weekly and for maintaining adequate stock levels
- Responsible for overall maintenance of equipment and building
- Responsible for maintaining an excellent working relationship with suppliers and service providers
- Responsible for liaising with directors to implement their strategy
- Conducting job interviews and hiring the appropriate people when vacancies arise
