Job Description
Responsibility:
Creation of Test Plans , Test Cases and define processes to capture Status and communicate to stakeholders .
Complete validation phase (SIT/UAT)
Good in Requirements elicitation and framing Test Scenarios .
Responsible to ensure the changes are deployed in production and support for user live verification
Ensure minimal/ZERO post production issues.
Should be able to work as part of agile delivery
Good communication and able to speak up and freely interact with other teams, users, BA/SMEs etc
Required:
1.Strong Test Automation Skill set , Expertise in Open Stack tools like Selenium .
2.Should have strong knowledge in designing different types of Automation Framework .
3.Experience in CI/CD/CT and be able to integrate the Test Scenarios to Build Pipeline . Working knowledge of Jenkins.
4.Experience in Finacle / Any of the Leading Banking Application .
5.Experience in Software testing both Automation and Manual .
6.Good Knowledge in Leading Performance Test tools like Load Runner , Jmeter etc .
7.Must have experience in Version Control tools such as GIT , SVN etc .
8.Experience in Any testing framework like TestNG or Junit .
9.Idea on Bug Life Cycle and Test Management Tools like JIRA , ALM etc .
10.Good Debugging and Analytical skills and be able to work with Developers and troubleshoot .
11.Thrives on solving problems and working in a global team environment .
12.Adaptability to Changes in Testing Technology .
13.Strong hands on experience on BDD framework .
14. Finacle testing experience of 5 to 8 years.
Management Skill:
Managing a testing team to deliver the intended outcome
Technical design review of the solution to solve a business problem
Own the quality of deliverables
Should be able to work as part of agile delivery
Good communication and stakeholder management skill and able to speak up and freely interact with other teams, users, BA/SMEs etc
