Job Description
Job purpose:
Training Sales Executive is charged with a product line contribution to the business unit. This extends from increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products for the company. You will serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, working extensively in sales channel, marketing, training, and administration.
Responsibilities & Duties:
SALES:
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
- Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
- Gathering market and customer information.
MARKETING:
- Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the social media or on the internet.
- Managing budgets.
- Evaluating marketing campaigns; monitoring competitor activity.
- Liaising with designers and printers.
- Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
TRAINING AND ADMINISTRATION:
- Scheduling training courses with the annual training calendar.
- Liaison with trainers and speakers to ensure smooth running of training programs.
- Prepare/order and maintain training material stock.
- Ensure the training accreditation body policies are being followed.
- Maintain student documentations such as attendance, certificates, enrollment, invoice and receipts,
- Managing the complete classroom cycle (Classroom arrangements, materials and other requirement).
