Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with wedding related vendors to build and sustain new business for the company. The candidate has to be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when pitching plans, have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategyand should be focused on maximizing conversion. Client servicing and maintaining a good relationship is crucial to foster repeated business.
Identify partnership opportunities, doing city and category specific research and reach out to the potential clients.
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.
Maintain existing business and service clients to ensure brand satisfaction.
Think critically when planning to assure project success and secure business.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-2 years' prior industry related business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Focused and goal-oriented
