Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle all the customer appointments with the physician for the
- clinic.
- Daily Call and follow up with the clients as per the procedure
- Handle all enquiries regarding all the treatments and other
- services over the phone and in person.
- Collecting payments from the clients and maintain the basic daily
- accounts statements. Ensure all card swiping machines are
- functional.
- Raising all invoices and receipts.
- Responsible for looking after the clients comfort in the clinic.
- Interfacing with existing and new clients
- Generating inquiries for business through customer inter phase.
- Directly meeting the customers in the clinic.
- Creating and updating the CRM regular calls and up selling to
- customers
- Acting as single point of contact for responding to customers quer.
- Maintaining trackers for all treatment records and files. Ensuring all
- customer treatment records/files are properly filed updated and send
- to physician prior clients visit.
- Taking all customer feedbacks.
- Developing management dashboards for reporting
- Responsible for smooth operation of the front desk and overall cleanliness of
- reception ,customer waiting area.Welcoming customer making
- them comfortable.
