Greetings for the day !!
We having an urgent opening for the position of Marketing Executive.
Criteria as under :
Hiring Location : Santacruz, Mumbai.
JOB Description :
Qualification : Any Graduate / MBE Preferred.
Experience : Fresher to 1 year.
Monthly Target : Three times of your CTC. (1:3 Ratio basis) = PO Value of Business Generated.
Emolument Calculations:-
Your Salary Will have 2 Components :- 1. Fix (30% of CTC) 2. Variable (70% of CTC).
Variable will be Calculated on the bases of target achieve.
As per ICS marketing protocol, you will need to generate your own leads for visiting 3 clients Per Day.
Protocol / Working hours :
- 9am to 11am - Office (For Appointments).
- 11am to 4pm - On field. (For Client Visit).
- 4pm to 6pm - Office (For Mailing).
Sending them the intro / quote on the day you visited the client from the office in the evening and reporting the same to your senior.
