Plant Operations Head / Plant Operations @ Turning Point

Eligibility Criteria :-
-> Education qualification :-
A minimum of a Bachelors degree with an additional knowledge of Mechanical or Instrumentation in addition to work experience.
-> Experience & relevant exposure in Paper Industry desired :-
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 - 15 years work experience of handling the entire daily operations of a Thermal Paper Production Plant in the capacity of a Plant Manager / Plant Head.
Imp. Note :-
Candidates from Thermal Paper Industry background working in the Production department are only eligible to apply for this post.
Skills required :-

• Proven work experience as a Plant Manager.
• Proven managerial experience.
• Adequate knowledge of budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation etc.
• Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.
• Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory management processes
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills

Job Responsibilities :-

• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations.
• Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
• Knowledge of state and local safety and health regulations with regard to safe use of machine tools and follow plant safety procedures.
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
• Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.
• Work with customers, suppliers and employees across all levels, including sales and marketing, engineering, maintenance.

SALARY PACKAGE :-
Salary package would be excellent and would be in the range of Rs. 8,00,000 /- P.a - Rs. 12,00,000 /- P.a or higher for a deserving candidate + Excellent future growth and bright prospects, depending upon his experience, skills, caliber and overall merits.
