The component range covers High Power Semiconductor, LV/MV Switchgear, Fuses, Capacitors, Encoders, Sensors, Pyrometers, IR Cameras, Signal Converters; Cable Management &, Touch Monitor

Qualification & Experience
Engineering Graduation / Diploma Engineer with 10 to 15 years relevant Technical / Industrial Sales Experience

Objective :
Meet / exceed pre decided top-line & bottom-line target
Evaluate business as a whole & determine the best approach towards increasing productivity & market share
Detecting Problem
Assess business development with a different perspective by conducting tests & doing research
Detect & fix the problem
Make aware & stop inefficient work practices

Provide a fresh outlook [new ideas] to consolidate & penetrate new markets /
customers
Develop Sales Action Plan:
Search & add new product line [akin]
Define the process for getting the product to the market
Articulate product positioning
General Duties:
Ensure that sales team meet / exceed the target
Shepherd, coach, & train the team
Expand customer base & market segment [OEM business]
Study & follow competitor activities / market price level
Make things simple by improving & enforcing system & processes
