Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Monitor industry and company-related information, as well as audience insights, to provide full coverage of our core subject areas
- Maintain a monthly editorial calendar and controlled deployment of content through social media channels
- Utilize DSV Content Management Systems (CMS) platform to upload and manage content
- In collaboration with local sales and service, identify and develop customer success stories
- Identify contributors internally and externally who will boost the DSV brand, and help to create top-shelf quality content
- Ensure content is SEO-optimized for top search engines (Google & Bing)
- Track core KPIs and produce analytics reports to help the team understand what content is effective, and use creative thinking to translate data into actions
- Work closely with DSV Global Marketing to align efforts and leverage existing assets
- Create and manage sales collateral and support materials in compliance with DSVs corporate visual identity and brand voice
Competencies, Skills, Attributes Required:
- Experience with Content Management Systems, web analytics, social media management systems, and SEO
- Knowledge and strong understanding of using the Internet as a lead generation tool
- Prior experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Collaborative attitude and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum Education and/or Experience:
Degree in journalism, marketing, communication, or relevant work experience
3+ years of experience creating, managing, and editing multimedia web content
