Job Description

  • Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities
  • Developing recruitment strategies & Manpower planning for the organization.
  • Effectively creating candidate database through Networking, Liaising & Internal Referral Programs.
  • Conducting orientation program as well as taking care of joining formalities & documentation.
  • Maintaining Employee Database and providing analytics as per the business needs on regular basis.
  • Preparing & distributing HR documentation like an appointment, confirmation, experience & relieving letters, Service agreement, etc.
  • Developing and maintaining regular and proactive connect with employees, team leads and managers through one-to-one & skip-level meetings.
  • Conducting one-to-one meetings with employees as well as with process owners for performance feedback, areas of concern, and disciplinary issues.
  • Managing attrition and taking care of exit formalities.
