A leading manufacturer of Architectural Aluminium Building Systems and Products for building and Construction Industry for past 30 years. It's presence not only in India but also abroad. It has already executed projects in Africa, Bhutan and Nepal. Our comprehensive product portfolio includes :
Structural Glazing, Curtain Wall Systems, ACP Cladding, Aluminium Doors and windows, Frameless and Automatic doors, Revolving/swing doors etc. All these products are used on a myriad of application such as Commercial complex, Hotels, Residential Complex, Airports, Railways, Cineplex etc.
Marketing Sales Executive ; Window/Door/Glazing System
Key skills:
* Degree/Diploma from reputed institute/ Engineering
* Experience related to building and construction material is advantageous (Not real estate)
* Dynamic /Confident / Proactive
* Must have own Bike/scooter and Must be computer literate
* MIS reporting and must have a smart phone
* Getting results through people and meeting deadlines
* Looking for competitive package and long term carrier development
* Excellent communication, team building and energizing skills.
* Problem solving skills and negotiation skills
* Persistence with follow up
* Looking for long term carrier development
Job Description
- The candidate will have to undertake the following:
- Take responsibility for marketing enquiries in Delhi and NCR region
- Must be effective in generating primary enquiry for residential and commercial industry.
- Visit Architects / Clients / Consultants and constructions sites for enquiry.
- Should have the capability to negotiate and close the deal.
- Responsibility of coordination with execution and coordination team for its project development.
- Dealing with the client for project handling and on ground support
- Capability to use applications like whats app and reporting on daily basis
Product presentation in experience Centre - Lead generation through calling & followup-Mis reporting - Team coordination - administration
