We do have multiple openings for Territory Portfolio Manager. 

Experience: 6+ years

Job locations: Delhi (Laxminagar), Noida, Nasik, Kolkata, Lucknow

Qualification: Commerce Graduates/Inter CA/ICWA. Preferable from credit background or from BFSI sector.

Position Title : Territory Portfolio Manager

Business Group : Credit Operations, Service & Collection

Purpose of the Job: The prime responsibility is preparation of high standard of credit appraisals and own the process of risk, credit, collections and compliance in the assigned territory.

Location : Key Responsibilities : To facilitate the branches in accelerating the business growth of Business by way of localized and speedy credit decisions & query resolutions.

To ensure adherence to credit compliance and risk management.

Key Deliverable:

Tracking and maintaining portfolio quality and credit process.

Underwriting high value proposals with desired level of quality and enabling achievement of Branch business target.

In charge of collections of the assigned territory.

To self-appraise cases requiring expertise as per the authority matrix.

Develop deep understanding of credit culture across assigned geography.

To ensure Process compliance. To conduct/handle audit.

To serve as an underwriter of Home loan/Home Equity proposals. Make timely Credit appraisal, financial analysis and decision of loan proposals.

Use performance history along with liquidity, debt/asset management and profitability ratios to assess credit worthiness in evaluation.

Develop and execute debt management strategy & collections.

Coordinating with sales, operations, legal, technical and customer service teams

Adhere to regulatory requirement and Compliance.

Key skills:

Analytical ability to conduct an analysis of an applicants credit status

Team Management

Understanding/knowledge of mortgage lending regulations. Good understanding of all Products.

Should have analytical bent of mind and lateral thinking.

Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge. Job Specification: Commerce Graduates/Inter CA's/ICWA with 6 -10 years experience. Preferable from credit background or from BFSI sector. Reporting To Territory Business Manager.
