Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities-

Good experience on SMS aggregator platform, SMS-Hub or SMSC.
Good understanding of SMS Call flows.
Should have good knowledge of SMPP based applications, HTTP & Rest API.
Hands one experience on NOC tools and understanding of NOC processes and ticketing systems.
Should have good experience of Fault Management and Performance Management.
Good understanding of Infra - H/w, OS, DB & Networking concepts.
Ability to absorb, understand, analyze and identify critical problems.
Must be proactive with minimal direction.
Good written and verbal communication Skills
Should be able to work in rotational shifts.
