Job Description
Primary Responsibilities / Qualifications:
Seasoned IT recruiter responsible for full life cycle of Technical / IT recruitment with extensive background in identifying resumes from job websites.
Candidate should have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
Possess strong technical/ business acumen and understanding of technical requirements with excellent candidate assessment skills.
Possess excellent knowledge of recruiting and hiring including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, tracking, salary negotiations, and closing.
Attract applicants by placing job postings using Jobsites, Social media and other sourcing channels.
Arrange the candidate interviews and coordinating with respective technical team followed by management.
Maintain good rapport with offered candidate/s for smooth joining and maintain good joining ratio.
Follow proactive approach in closing positions and act as solution finder to bring up effective sourcing techniques.
Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Good experience in Stakeholder Management.
