Job Description

Dulsco- New Requirement - Estimation Engineer

Please find the new requirement of our joint venture company Dulsco Qatar, please provide the CVs at the earliest.

 Responsibilities:

 Responsible for detailed estimates, construction budget, and schedules for Oil & Gas Projects

Responsible for all process of all assigned tender projects

Responsible for creating inquiry package including collect and request quotes from subcontractors for analyzing and finding the most competitive price for each project

Responsible for developing project-specific in-house cost breakdowns

To ensure accuracy and completeness of subcontractor quotes by clarifying, negotiating, and analyzing

To keep collecting detailed records and quotes evaluation, reports, meeting minutes, etc.

Maintain and build excellent relationships with third parties including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

Regular investigation of the market for labor, equipment, and material costs

Required Qualifications:

 Experienced in Cost Engineer, Cost Controller, Project Engineer, and Project Control.

Graduate Engineer in Mechanical

Experienced in EPC business is a must

Minimum 12 years experiences Construction Estimation in overall project in oil & gas

Minimum 5 years of experience in middle east is must.

Have solid knowledge in EPC projects including Cost Reimbursable estimating or Lump Sum.

Permanent job

Salary: 10,000 as full package
