Roles and Responsibilities

We have an urgent requirement for Azure DevOps Manager for PWC based at Bangalore India

Position: Azure DevOps Manager

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 9-14 Y

Notice Period: Immediate -30 Days

Cloud DevOps Azure: (Manager)

5+ years relevant experience in Azure/DevOps is must

Working experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Services (PaaS & IaaS),Azure Service Bus, Event Hub, AKS, Logic Apps, Storage Services, API Gateway & Management, Azure Functions, Azure Apps, Azure virtual networks, Compute etc

Hands on experience withAzure Resource Manager (ARM) and its based Azure infrastructure provisioning/management

Experience with Infrastructure as Code Tooling - Terraform, ARM, Azure CLI

Hands on skills in scripting or coding with modern languages PowerShell, Python

Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment Pipelines with Azure

DevOps and tooling (GitLab, Jenkins, Github, Jira, or related)

Experience with Configuration management tooling (Ansible/Chef/Puppet are good to have)

Strong Docker and Kubernetes skills is desirable

Some experience with windows or Unix administration

Good to have Azure AD configuration experience

Should be able to develop overall strategy for Build & Release management

Develop PoCs, design & deployment of new cloud-based services for product environments

Experience with cloud migration technologies such as Azure Migrate, Azure Site Recovery Service

Experience with homogeneous and heterogeneous database migrations from on-prem to AWS

Should have experience in rehost, re-platform and re-architect migration strategies

Experience in large scale data center migration

Strong experience on building highly scalable, secure, efficient, and resilient systems

Analyze Requirements and proactively estimate and project the requirements for infrastructure, security and DevOps initiatives

Mentor, guide, support and inspire the team of talented Cloud/DevOps engineers from both technical and human-perspectives

Experience with modern deployment mechanisms like Canary and Blue-Green

Familiarity with working on an Agile/Iterative development framework

Detail-Oriented and passionate about DevOps, Automation, Data-Driven decisions
