Job Requirement:

Experience Required: 3+ years

Designation: Senior Client Partner/Management Trainee(Ass.TL)

Job Location: Tidel Park, Coimbatore

*Shift timing: 6.30 PM to 3:30 AM - Cab will be provided(pickup/drop)*

Core Skills:

• Create and share the training plan to stakeholders
• Deliver client specific training modules to new hires
• Ensure to meet Training TAT for CS training Program
• Must be willing to do production for knowledge enhancement and in the absence of any training batches
• Maintain the training records Training details, Trainees Attendance & Feedback score for all training conducted
• Collect feedback from trainees on the quality of training
• Monitor the progress of the trainees and provide constructive feedback
• Monitor new joiners performance for the first 60 days and clarify process related queries
• Prepare the training plans, training content and assessments for refresher training
• Recommend changes in the training plan & training method

External Facing Description:

• Minimum one year of experience in MG Customer Care
• Strong interpersonal and good communication skills
• Must be passionate to learn new processes.
• Willing to work in night shift
