Job Description

Hi ,

We are looking for a resource to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks.

Mandatory Skills Ability to quickly analyze & diagnose technical problems. Should be able to Perform Root Cause Analysis for the incidents. Knowledge in Active directory, DNS, DHCP, VMware/Citrix and related components. Problem determination and resolution within SLA's. Proactive and clear communication skills. Experience in Windows Operating systems support. Manage network servers and technology tools. Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure. Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks. Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.

Years Of Experience 3.0 to 6.0 Years

Work Location- Hyderabad

Notice period- 30 days or less.

Communication Skills needs to be good.
