Roles and Responsibilities
1) Fluent in English and Hindi.
2) Handling Customer escalations via Email, calls chats and Social Media
3) Hands on with Excel
4) Connect with the customers through call / E-Mail / Social platforms to provide the best possible resolution.
5)Understand the customer grievances and provide appropriate resolution.
6)Solving/answering prospect and customer issues, complaints, questions/queries in close coordination with the other departments.
7)Take a customer-focused approach to handle complaints and escalations.
8)Ensure that all written communication is carried out as per the customer care procedures
