Job Description

Executive/Technician/Asst. Manager IT whose main role would be to Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues at Amritsar.
Besides, he /she will discuss any new system related problems/requirement with support partners/internal experts and get them resolved at the earliest.
Person would be required to look after the company computer systems installed at Amrisat office and daily activities such as data backup, system study,resolving errors, maintain records,Document technical knowledge in the form of Notes and Manuals/SOP etc
Person should have minimum 3-5 years of experience in Trouble shooting of Mac,Linux, Windows OS systems with Professional degree of BCA/MCA/B.Tech/B Sc.
Good communication skills to discuss issues and also train new employees in troubleshooting.
