Summary:

This position will be responsible for Industrial Automation for Advance Engineering-related projects for product & process development.
Education & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Mechatronics /Instrumentation/ Electronics / Electrical with 5-8 years of experience as Industrial Automation Engineering.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Should have understanding & experience on Low-Cost Automation (SPM).
Understand the SPM sequence of operation design & develop the I/O master list.(Both Digital & Analog)
Experience in selecting the PLC based on sourcing & sinking circuit.
Design & develop control panel circuit (Includes Panel design, Wiring &, etc) using AutoCAD wiring, etc
Make techno commercial comparison & evaluate in terms of function/performance, cost & delivery aspects Responsible for making budgetary proposal along with justifications for management approval
Design & develop ladder program based on the SOP defined. Able to create programs & interlock in terms of safety in the circuit as well as equipment.
Able to Create Recipe screen in HMI for providing easy I/P for the user by creating password protection etc
Hand-on Experience in Troubleshooting related in PLC|HMI & create value addition if required to improve DT.
Needs to work with Stakeholder & AME team to be part of Equipment qualification
Responsible for creating the Wiring Drawings / Ladder diagram / Flow Charts, etc as part of Documentation as prescribed by ISO standards & BS.
Responsible for identifying the Critical spares & creating a master list during Handover to the Maintenance team.
Functional Competencies: PLC & DCS
Programming languages such as LD (Ladder Diagram) & FBD (Functional Block Diagram)
Hands-on Experience in developing ladder diagrams using Mitsubishi, Delta, Omron, Siemens, AB (Allen Bradley), etc.
HMI (Human Machine Interface)- Screen designing, PLC interface, DCS interface
VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) Commissioning & Troubleshooting
Servo Motors / Actuators- Hand-on experience working with Servo motors, Electrical Actuators both Linear & Rod actuators with drivers & interface with PLC using communication protocol like Profibus serial port. etc.
Networking & Installation IO link sensors- for Pneumatics & Field Instruments (Control Valve, Sensors, Level Transmitters, Flow Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters Like PID, Pressure Switches, LVDT, Load cell, etc)
Ind 4.0- Hands-on experience using IoT devices for Communication interfaces like serial port (RS232), Ethernet Modbus (RS485), Profinet, OPC, etc hand on experience in communicating instruments like RFID, Barcode Scanners, etc..
