Relationship Manager JD-

• Sourcing business through open market through different channels. Fulfilling the leads. Implement & develop sales activities to achieve target.
• To execute the business objectives for the area in line with the Affordable Loans segment objectives of book size, profitability, portfolio management,
• Develop And Maintain Strong Relationship With The Clients For Repeat Business Or Referrals.
• Executing all the Sales planning and overseeing target allocation.
• Responsibilities include the development, preparation and promotion of home loan programs
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with the clients for repeat business or referrals.
• Meet clients, verify documents, process file for sanction, co-ordinate for disbursement of loan.
• Ensure the achievement of given business target.
• l Aligning with the marketing team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.

Required Candidate profile:-

1. Minimum 1 year experience into home loans sales or mortgage loan sales (LAP)

2. NBFC Experience Required

3. Minimum Qualification: 12th & above

4. Age not more than 35 years (as on date)

5. Bike & Licence Compulsory

6. Attractive monthly salary + Incentives

7. immediate Joiners preferred

8. Notice period not more than 1 month
