Roles and Responsibilities
1)Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
2)Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media.
3)Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness.
4)Generate social media awareness and be the first responder to customer comments and messages, have a proactive approach to the growth of our following, creating regular post and blog updates.
5) Optimise our Brand and product presentation across our entire online presence, including Keyword research and pricing strategies for the purpose of maximizing sales and profitability
6)Producing regular performance reports for management and proposing new strategies to stimulate growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
1)Experience selling/listing products on an online marketplace.
2)Some experience in a similar role that involves online retail, or a role with a relevant skillset.
3)Ability to adapt to the evolving requirements of e-commerce sales.
4)Strong understanding of eCommerce best-practice and digital marketing.
5)Comfortable using Facebook Ad Manager and Google Ads, including setting budgets.
6)Able to work efficiently in Excel and other office software
7) Experience in using a CMS system such as Shopify.
