• Laison with Government officials
• Incharge of implementations of all activities for children
• Design and implement new programmes for children
• Manage Team of volunteers
• Report to Management on a periodic basis
• Good in documentation and reporting
• Good computer knowledge - Excel
• Leadership skills managing
• Understand the management's expectation and ensure their implementation by the team
