Job Description

Sell flight tickets to US & UK passengers
Working knowledge of GDS (Amadeus) to check the airfares
Making new customers and further converting them to repeat customers by providing the best customer experience.
Generate PNRs and deal with the airlines to issue new tickets.
Answering campaign calls to promote the brand.
Upselling the brand and building a rapport with the customers to make them come back to us for their next travels
