DEPARTMENT: ELECTRONICS

POST: ELECTRONICS HARDWARE ENGINEER

EXPERIENCE: 10 YEARS TO 12 YEARS

QUALIFICATION: BE/B.TECH IN ELECTRONICS/TELECOMMUNICATIONON

LOCATION: VILL MUGAL MAJRA, SHAMBHU-GHANAUR ROAD, TEH. GHANAUR, DISTT PATIYALA, PUNJAB

ROLE:

1. To develop the architecture for new hardware component systems, ensure compatibility and integration with the software, diagnose and resolve component bugs and malfunctions.
2. Should be able to easily diagnose design flaws and interpret technical performance data.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Meeting with design and engineering teams to determine hardware requirements.
2. Designing & developing components such as PCB, processors, memory modules and network modules.
3. Collaborating with the Software engineers to ensure software compatibility and integration with the hardware components.
4. Testing hardware prototypes, analyzing and interpreting performance data.
5. Generating analytical and performance reports for presentation and revision.
6. Overseeing the manufacturing process of developed product to ensure they meet the design specifications and customer requirements.
7. Implementing maintenance, repairs and modifications to existing components.
9. Ensuring qualitative and timely delivery of Schematic, hardware work products as per organizational standards.
10. Ensuring for PCB Layout Review, Test Jig Design, Board Bring up testing, Product Functional Testing, Pre-Compliance testing.
11. Supervising the development environment involving Embedded Hardware Design, Analog Circuit Design, Power Supply Design, Compliance Testing and needful modifications to meet the compliance requirements.
12. Sound knowledge of Analog Design including simulation, design & testing of various OP-AMP based signal conditioning circuits as per the requirement.
13. Knowledge of RoHS standards for certification of the developed products.
