Roles and Responsibilities Looking for HR Manager (With compliance,Payroll,ESIC PF,Grievance handling and Recruitment Knowledge).

Desired Candidate Profile-Masters Degree in Human Resources or relevant.

-A minimum of 4 year of previous experience with at least 1 year of recruitment experience.

-Provide subject matter expertise on employment laws and their application i.e labor laws,compliance,Payroll, ESIC PF,Grievance, Team handling and managing all HR processes autonomously from administrative to strategic.

-Flexibility and confidence with self-direction to take ownership and manage activities to achieve results.

- Proactive project management capabilities aware of recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates with in schedule

- Deep commitment to organizational learning and development

-Plan and coordinate the workforce to best use employees' talents

Shift Timing: - 11 AM to 8.30 PM(Rotational)
