Position: PROJECT MANAGER HRO SHARED SERVICES
Salary: CTC 25 - 26 LPA
It is an Immediate Joiner Role with 1-Year Contract
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Support and implement Clients Finance Blueprint for HRO outsourcing
Extensive interactions with Business HR, Corporate HR and other client entities in different geographies
Coordination of various tasks / activities across multiple stakeholders and prepare project plan to provide complete status on ongoing deliverables, issue escalation and follow-ups for resolution
Strong ability to work independently and providing thought leadership with excellent articulation of benefits, HRO shared services knowledge is a mandatory requirement.
Conduct workshops with Business and Corporate HR functions to identify process and / or technology pre-requisites and create actionable tasks
Lead discussions with Local HR teams for transition preparation and allied process change impact
Lead Change Management and plan communication strategy(ies) with regional / business entities in consultation with Corporate HR and Business HR leadership
Presenting daily, weekly dashboard/Reports on project progress and present to the Business stakeholders
Demonstrate excellent consulting & communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing plans and priorities of the organization.
Willingness to travel for short/long trips basis demand of business situations
The role directly report to the Program Manager
