Job Description

We are inviting applications for Executives / Officers sales to develop business in building materials (commercial Readymix Concrete segment), service, achieve target sales volumes, new customer generation and achieving collection targets.

• Graduates, B.E / B. Tech / DCE with experience in Sales of building materials, MBA preferred.
• Salary shall be per industry standards and commensurate with credentials.
• Conversant in local language (Tamil or Telugu or Malayalam).

Task & Responsibilities:

• To generate orders
• Identify Customers in IHB Segment
• Meet individual house owners, related contractors, architects, consultants connected to building segment
• Knowhow benefits of RMC v/s site mix concrete
• Prepare and provide quotation
• Win orders for IHB, with advance payment terms (If applicable)
• Achieve low credit period and timely collections
• Collect advance payment
• Oversee the customers sites during supply of concrete
• Gather market information of other segments and pass on to sales head
• Collect customer / competitor information
• Prepare report in prescribed format
• Provide technical information to customers
